[잡생각]미국 생활, 1년 10개월째 시간은 참 빠르다. 미국에 온지 벌써 이렇게 오래 되었다니, 조금 더 있으면 군생활보다 더 길어지겠군. 군대있을때는 휴가라도 있었는데.. 흠흠 #1.막상 미국에 살다보니, 생각보다 영어로 말할일이 없다는것이다.항상 미국사람들에게 둘러 쌓여서 생활할줄 알았더니,한국 회사에서 근무하다보니, 영어 할일이 전화할때 말고는 딱히 없다.스페니쉬 직원들이 많이 있어서, 스페니쉬에 더 노출되어 있다고 할까?여름학기에 스페니쉬 강좌를 들을까 한다.영어강좌도 듣긴 들어야 할텐데. #2. 미국에 있을수록 운동을 안하게 되고 살이 찌게 되는것 같다.운동을 찾아서 해야한다. 모든 이동은 차로 하기 때문에한국처럼 지하철 역이나 버스 정류장을 가기위해서 걷는 시간이 거의 없다.즉, 내가 찾아서 운동을 안하면 기름진 음식에 익숙해져.. 2012. 5. 6. [잡생각]유학생으로 미국에 와서 1년 살고 느끼고 생각하는 것들 어느덧 미국에 온지 1년 3개월이라는 시간이 지났다. 가끔씩 나중을 위해서 내가 느끼고 생각했던, 그리고 경험했던 미국생활들을 정리해 볼까 한다. 난 정리하는걸 좋아하니까.. 그리고 시간이 지나서 다시 읽으면, 내가 이런생각들도 했구나. 라는 좋은 자료도 된다. 또 미국에 큰 꿈을 안고 오는 친구들을 위해서도 좋은 배경지식이 되지 않을까... Like the Chuseok, the biggest holiday in Korea, many American families are gathering together to celebrate their holiday and to eat a big turkey. Since I don't have any relatives in America, I don't have anyone to meet and anyplace to go.
